(Farmington) The year ended on a positive note at the Farmington Correctional Center, as the facility celebrated it's 25th anniversary. George Lombardi is the Director of the Department of Corrections in Missouri and was in attendance at the ceremony. He says the center in Farmington provides some of the most important services in the state.
The Farmington Correctional Center opened in 1986. It has a maximum capacity of close to 2,700 inmates. It also employs several hundred people in the area. Hear our interview with Lombardi by clicking on the link below.
