NEW YORK (Reuters) - Private employers added 163,000 jobs in July, topping economists' expectations, a report by a payrolls processor showed on Wednesday.
June's figure from the ADP National Employment Report was revised down slightly to 172,000 from the previously reported 176,000.
July's job gain came in above forecasts for 120,000 new jobs.
The report is jointly developed with Macroeconomic Advisers LLC.
