Kermit Cook of Festus died Wednesday he was 63. He was a member of Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church of Festus, a retired Staff Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force, a veteran of the Vietnam War, loved computers, Telling jokes, and sang in church.
He is survived by his wife Mary Cook of Festus, son John Cook os St. Louis, three daughters, including Jessica Cook of St. Louis, a brother, four sisters including Lola Underwood of Festus, step-mother Priscilla Cook of Festus, and five grandchildren.
The service for Kermit Cook is Monday at 12 at Mahn Twin City Chapel in Festus, burial in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
The visitaion is Monday from 10 until the time of the service at the funeral home.
