(St. Francois County) A petition drive is underway in Missouri to legalize the use of marijuana. Al Sullivan is the Executive Director of the St. Francois County Community Partnership. He says they're starting an educational campaign to make sure residents understand the impact of such a move.

The petition would both legalize and tax marijuana. It's being organized by a group called Show-Me Cannabis Regulation.
