FEB 22, 2012 FINAL MEETING FOR SAINT FRANCOIS COUNTY 1st CLASS STATUS (Audio)

(Farmington) The Presiding Commissioner that oversaw the changing of Cape Girardeau County to first class status will be in Farmington Thursday.

Gerald Jones was invited by Doctor David Cramp, the Saint Francois County Presiding Commissioner, to explain the challenges of changing from a second class county.
