That process will eventually be followed by voters filling out ballots. The caucus may be done by noon or could last 6 hours. Local Republican Party officials will have a list of registered voters from the Clerks office, and they will allow people into the meeting. The party leaders will also be counting the ballots cast at the event. The caucus in the City of St. Louis and in Kansas City will be delayed a week because of Saint Patrick's Day festivities.
