(Sauget) In a game heard live on KJFF Tuesday night, the Gateway Grizzlies out slugged the Windy City Thunderbolts 14 to 4 at GCS Ballpark. It was a back and forth game in the early innings until John Shelby was able to give the Grizzlies a strong lead with this 2 run homer in the fourth.
The Grizzlies are in a five game winning streak and are 23 and 20 on the season. They face the Thunderbolts for game two of the series Wednesday night. First pitch is slated for 7:05 with pregame coverage beginning around 6:50 right here on KJFF.
