The Mineral Area Cardinals men's basketball will have to be watching the scoreboard from afar instead of on the floor when Region 16 champion Three Rivers takes on Kanakee tonight for the district championship and a berth in the National Tournament.
MAC head coach Corey Tate said the parity created this year in the Region makes for a promising future.
