Festus resident Harold Smith died Monday, he was 69, retired from Chrysler, a member of First Baptist Church of Herculaneum-Pevely, Piedmont Masonic Lodge and served in the U.S. Army.
He is survived by his wife Brenda Smith of Festus, sons Steven Smith of Bonne Terre, James Smith of Crystal City, brother Lawrence Smith of DeSoto and 4 grandchildren.
The funeral service for Harold Smith will be Thursday afternoon at 1 at Vinyard Funeral Home in Festus.
Visitation will be Wednesday evening from 3 to 8 at the funeral home, burial in Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens in Crystal City.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
