10 Local Counties Receive Yearly Funds From U.S. Forest Service

(Ironton) The Secure Rural Schools program is another way that the U.S. Forest Service provides benefits to communities in and around national forest land.

Luke Turnbough says this program provides critical funding for schools, roads and other municipal services to more than 700 counties across the country.
