(CALEDONIA, Mo.) – The public is invited to one final event this weekend in Caledonia to celebrate the villages’ 200th birthday.

Mayor John Robinson III says they will have a special service Sunday afternoon at the former Bellevue Presbyterian Church building.

The mayor says the Kirkin of the Tartans service is related to Thanksgiving.

We asked Mayor Robinson if 2019 has been a good year of celebration in Caledonia.

The Kirkin of the Tartans service takes place Sunday afternoon from 2 until 4 at the former Bellevue Presbyterian Church building on College Street in Caledonia.
