2017 Central Christmas Tournament Seeds Released

(PARK HILLS) – The seeds for the 2017 Bob Sechrest Jr. Central Christmas Tournament were released Wednesday night. For the 32nd annual girls tournament, the host Central Rebels were awarded the No. 1 seed. Central has taken the tournament crown in each of the last four seasons, but head coach Josh Mapes says his team will have a lot of competition this year.

Below is the full seeding for the girls tournament:

1. Central
2. South Iron
3. Steelville
4. Ste. Genevieve
5. Arcadia Valley
6. Potosi
7. Fredericktown
8. Bismarck

For the 62nd annual boys tournament, the Hillsboro Hawks will once again have the top seed. Hawks head coach Dan Johnson says he always looks forward to playing at this event.
