2018-19 Looking Promising For Steelville Boys Hoops

(STEELVILLE, Mo.) – Basketball season is almost underway and the Steelville Cardinals boys basketball team is ready to keep building momentum after last year’s 21-5 finish. The Cardinals return four of the five starters from last year’s team that reached the district title game. Head coach John Tolly said the large returning group has helped with building the team’s chemistry.
Tolly said he hopes to see defense be the forefront of the team’s success.
The Steelville boys open up the regular season with a road matchup against Dixon on Tuesday.
