(HILLSBORO) Kelsey Boyd’s 15 home runs this season for Hillsboro put her tied for 3rd most all-time in Missouri’s record book and earned her a spot on the Dream Team.
Boyd shares her thoughts on being classified as one of the elite softball players in Missouri history.
The Hawks as a team set the state home run record with 52 total, surpassing 2nd place Fox who finished with 44 back in 2015. Boyd describes the moment the team etched its name into the top of the record books.
Kelsey Boyd led the Hawks in RBI’s with 55. This was Boyd’s first Dream Team selection.
