2019 Fall Dream Team Boys Cross Country Coach of the Year is Bryant Wright of Festus

(FESTUS) With the Festus boys cross country team winning its 6th straight State title a couple of weekends ago, Bryant Wright has been voted by his peers the 2019 Boys Cross Country Coach of the Year. It’s his 11th such selection.
Coach Wright responded to being asked what makes winning this year’s award different from previous ones.
Coach Wright remains impressed with his guys winning their 6th straight State title.
Three of Coach Wright’s runners made it on the Dream Team and they include freshman Cullen Krieg and seniors Simon Ogle and Dominik Kayser. Ogle finished 3rd at state, Krieg finished 6th, and Kayser finished 19th, all three making the All-State team.
