(Farmington) Missouri’s unemployment rate held steady at 3-point-3 percent in April.
The state Department of Economic Development reports non-farm employment increased by 11-thousand-800 jobs last month.
The estimated number of unemployed Missourians in April was 101-thousand-700 and the state’s labor force is around 3-million.
The health care and social assistance sector added 73-hundred jobs last month, accommodation and food services was up 73-hundred positions and manufacturing added more than 65-hundred workers.
The U-S unemployment rate was 3-point-6 percent in April.
