2020 Jefferson County Fair Officially Canceled

(Jefferson County) The 2020 Jefferson County Fair, that was scheduled to take place July 23-26 has officially been canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Chris Thebeau is the President of the Hillsboro Community Civic Club.
He says with the increase in Coronavirus cases the past few weeks, the decision to cancel the fair is the best action to take.
Thebeau adds they were concerned about the safety of fair-goers as well as workers.
Once again, the Jefferson County Fair has been canceled this year. The Hillsboro Community Civic Club looks forward to hosting the fair next year.
