2021 Missouri Elk Hunting Season Set

(Reynolds County) The Missouri Conservation Commission has approved the state’s second annual elk hunting season.
Joe Jerek with the Missouri Department of Conservation says the first-ever elk hunt was eventually successful.
Jerek provides dates for this year’s elk hunt.
It will cost a person 10 dollars to apply to elk hunt and if you are selected, the permit will cost you 50-dollars.
Apply for the random elk-permit drawing during the entire month of May at mdc.mo.gov/buypermits or call 800-392-4115.
This year’s elk hunting season permits will be selected by July 1st.
Missouri’s elk are located in Reynolds, Shannon and Carter counties.
