4 people have driving charges filed against in Washington County

It was a busy day Wednesday for motor vehicle violations in Washington County court.

4 different people had charges filed against them for driving without a valid license.

26-year-old Alexandria Powell, 49-year-old Brian Oster of Irondale, 64-year-old James Nash of Bonne Terre and 35-year-old Derick Fernow of Cadet were all charged for driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Powell was also charged for her July incident for using another vehicle’s license plates, while Nash and Fernow both face misdemeanor charges as repeat offenders.

Nash was additionally charged for his October incident with failure to drive on the right side of the highway and failure to wear a seat belt.

Fernow is facing charges for a September incident where it was found he was using a car that was not his without proper registration.

Powell is due in court February 26th, while the other 3 all have scheduled arraignments on March 31st.
