Festus Mayors’ Fall Car Cruise is Saturday

(Festus) The Festus Mayor’s Fall Car Cruise is this Saturday along Festus Main Street. Cruising will get started around 6 o’clock. Barb Lowery the Director of Tourism and Recreation for the City of Festus. She says the public is invited to come out and drive, but you can also simply kick back and enjoy the cars.

Festus Mayor Sam Richards says it’s a community event and it’s a great way to showcase the Main Street businesses.

Prior to the cruise, there will be a show and shine at the Festus Public Library parking lot at 2 o’clock. The Festus Mayor’s Fall Car Cruise is sponsored by the Festus Tourism Commission. Again, the cruising will begin around 6 o’clock Saturday night.
