838 Covid-19 Cases & Climbing, Plus 10 Deaths in Missouri

(Farmington) There are now 838 confirmed cases of Covid-19 in Missouri with 10 deaths.

There have been no deaths yet in the listening area.

Locally, there are 17 cases in Jefferson County, 7 in Perry, 6 in Franklin, 4 in St. Francois and 1 confirmed case in Bollinger County.

Gender breakdown for the state shows cases are split pretty evenly between males and females.

The top 3 as far as for age groups is 95 cases for those 50 to 54 years old, 2nd is 20 to 24 year olds with 89 cases and the third most cases for an age group in the state is those 55 to 59 year old with 85 cases.

The least likely to acquire the virus is those under 20 but they still have 22 confirmed cases.

The U.S. as a whole now has more cases than any country, surpassing Italy and China by thousands with 115,547 cases in the country.

Italy still has the most deaths, now over 10-thousand.
