911 Crews Dealing With Winter Weather

(St. Francois County) It was a busy morning today for area 911 officials because of the weather. Alan Wells is the director of 911 for both St. Francois and Ste. Genevieve Counties. He says residents need to be mindful when weather like this hits.

We asked Wells if they were worried about black ice forming overnight tonight.

Less than an inch of snow fell today across the area, but it was mixed with sleet, rain and freezing rain, causing issues on the roads.
