DeSoto Main Street STP project finishing up phase one

(DeSoto) The City of DeSoto is all but finished with phase one of the West Main Street STP project that was planned a few years ago, and finally started earlier this year. DeSoto City Manager Todd Melkus says the improvements to North Main included new sidewalks, as well as ADA sidewalks ramps, and new and improved lighting.

Phase two of the project will include sidewalks added to that portion of Main Street that has never had sidewalks before…which is north of phase one, all the way to Highway 110.
