A “Bite to the Biscuit” Very Painful for Suspected St. Francois County Catalytic Converter Thief

(Park Hills) The St. Francois County Sheriff’s Department says a suspected thief received a “bite to the biscuit” after resisting arrest from the departments’ K-9 deputy.
Luke Turnbough says charges were filed Tuesday.
Besides the felonies Moore now faces, he’s also been charged with 11 municipal code violations from the City of Park Hills.
His initial appearance in Park Hills Municipal Court will be March 27th.
An initial court date for Moore’s two felony charges from St. Francois County has not been set at this time.
