Active Shooter Seminar This Week In Farmington

(Farmington) Close to 150 people were in attendance for an active shooters seminar at the Centene Center in Farmington this week. It was put on by a company called N & F Training Solution. Jason Fitzwater is one of the owners of the company. He says people from across the country were in attendance for this three day seminar.

Fitzwater says the goal is to educate local law enforcement, emergency responders and educators on what to do if they have an active shooter situation. He says they brought in people from across the country with experience is those types of situations.

Other speakers who dealt with active shooter situations in Dallas, Texas, San Bernardino, California and Columbine, Colorado also spoke at the three day seminar. You can find our more about N & F Training Solution on their website, nftraining.org. Hear more with Fitzwater below.
