After weeks on the decline, COVID-19 cases bounce back on the rise in CDC Week 16

(Jefferson County) After weeks on end of coronavirus cases on the decline, this past week the Jefferson County Health Department is reporting case actually increased.
JCHD spokeswoman Brianne Zwiener has the official numbers.
Flu cases have also been on the increase.
