Amber Alert Issued Out Of Perryville Has Been Cancelled

(PERRYVILLE) The Missouri State Highway Patrol has cancelled the Amber Alert previously issued out of Perryville, in regards to a missing three-year old boy. Aziah Laurent was reportedly kidnapped on March 19th by 34-year old Donald Laurent, and the two were believed to have been in Tennessee and traveling to Alabama. In the 24-hours prior to Laurent being located, the suspect reportedly contacted the boy’s mother by phone, making credible threats towards the boy. On Wednesday afternoon, Laurent was found safe and the Amber Alert was cancelled. The Highway Patrol did not share where the pair were found, but noted that no suspects remain at large.
