+++The Pirates will be under the leadership of Blane Boss as he takes over the team. It’s the first head coaching position for Boss, who spent the previous six seasons as an assistant coach at his alma mater, Windsor High School. Based on turnout, Boss thinks the team is heading in the right direction…


+++The Pirates will return a wealth of experience this season. In the past four seasons, Perryville football has a record of 11-29. Boss expects the seniors to be the foundation of the team’s turn-around…


+++In his high school playing days, Boss was an All-State running back for the Windsor Owls in 2003. That ground and pound mental toughness is ingrained in his coaching philosophy…
