Anita McCaul Hurdles Her Way to Spring Dream Team

Potosi junior Anita McCaul had a tremendous season on the track for the Trojans. McCaul’s performance secured her a spot on the 2021 Regional Radio Spring Dream Team for Girls Track. She had three personal records this season. Timing out at 15.46 in the 100m hurdles, 46.95 in the 300m hurdles, and 27.02 in the 200m. McCaul says she was surprised to hear her named announced for the team.

McCaul has a lot of plans for her upcoming senior season.

It took her a while to get her footwork down in her events, but she eventually found her timing.

She also wanted to give a shoutout to all those who were by her side during the track season.

Alongside being a Dream Team athlete, McCaul received all-conference, all-district, and all-state honors.
