Arcadia Man Seriously Injured in Motorcycle Accident

A man from Arcadia was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident on Wednesday afternoon. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 60-year-old Todd Sikorski of Arcadia was traveling northbound on Route ‘D-D,’ 2 miles south of Marquand on a 2004 Harley Davidson Motorcycle when he traveled off the right side of the road and overturned, throwing him from the bike. Sikorski was not wearing a helmet and suffered serious injuries. He was taken by helicopter to Mercy Hospital in St. Louis for treatment.
