Arnold man near drowning incident in the Lake of the Ozarks

An Arnold man was involved in a near-drowning incident at the Lake of the Ozarks on Saturday. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol water division, 48-year-old Todd Faulkner was located by a bystander face down in the water due to his inability to stay above water due to intoxication. He was transported by Mid-Missouri Ambulance to Lake Regional Hospital for treatment.
