Authorities Say Washington County Woman May Have Accidentally Froze To Death
(Shirley) Accidental hypothermia could have been the cause of death of Donna Eye according to the Mineral Area Major Case Squad.
The body of the Washington County woman was found January 17th after she had been dropped off by a deputy around midnight several days earlier on a county road near Shirley.
Future results of a toxicology test and other lab analysis will confirm how the 44-year-old Eye died after she had been picked up by the deputy on January 8th at Washington County Memorial Hospital in Potosi.
