AV’s Colin Whited Signs To Southwest Baptist To Play Baseball

He plans to go pre-med with the hopes of becoming a dermatologist one day…

Whited is a two-way player. His batting average last year was .524, he hit 10 extra-base-hits including one homerun and he only struck out three times in 82 plate appearances. On the mound, he struck out 64 batters in 47 innings pitched. Whited is a good basketball player too, but baseball was always the path for him…

The senior will be playing for Arcadia Valley this spring. The Tigers open their season on March 17th at home versus South Iron.
