B2 Bomber Flyover to Salute Health Care Workers Fighting Covid-19

Folks of South East Missouri got a neat little surprise from the Air Force today as the Air National Guard’s 131st Bomb Wing conducted a flyover salute in support of healthcare workers, essential employees and volunteers fighting the Coronavirus.

The B2 stealth bomber took off from Whiteman Air Force Base at 4:15 pm and proceeded to Camdenton, Cape Girardeau, St. Louis, Columbia, Jefferson City and Springfield.

The B2 flew over parts of the listening area as it moved from Camdenton to Cape Girardeau. This has become a trend all around the country honoring the heroes fighting COVID-19.
