BattleHawks Week 4 Update: The Hype is Building

(St. Louis, Mo.) The St. Louis BattleHawks won their second straight home game this past weekend and moved to 3-1 on the year with a 23-16 win over the Seattle Dragons. In each of their home games the BattleHawks have had no issue filling every single seat in the lower bowl of the Dome which seats right at 27,500 fans. Zain Pyarli a team reporter for the BattleHawks joined us on Regional Radio this week and he says the crowd noise has been a huge factor in the team’s success at home.

With the BattleHawks tickets in high demand the team will be opening up some of the upper level sections when they host the Los Angeles Wildcats in week 7.

With the win this past weekend and a loss by the DC Defenders the BattleHawks moved into sole possession of first place in the East division of the XFL with a 3-1 record. St. Louis travels to the nation’s capitol this Sunday to take on the Defenders who sit one game back in the division at 2-2 and Pyarli says it’s not going to be easy.

The St. Louis BattleHawks are 3-1 and one of two teams in the league along with the Houston Roughnecks who are 4-0 to be above .500 this season. The BattleHawks will play the DC Defenders on Sunday afternoon at 1.
