Beaches Still Closed at Lake Wappapello

(Greenville) No new recreational services have opened for this weekend at Lake Wappapello in Wayne County.

Part of the lake is managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

Here’s Aleigha Alexander with the corps.

Alexander says it is O.K. to fish on the lake.

Water levels at Lake Wappapello are currently about 4-feet above normal levels.
