Beekeeping Class Coming To The Arcadia Valley

(Arcadia) Besides the beginning beekeeping course this Saturday at Mineral Area College, another beekeeping class is coming up that will be hosted by the Parkland Beekeepers Association.
Greg Hitchings is a member of the group.
He says this class is for the more advanced beekeeper and it is scheduled for Saturday, March 11th in the Arcadia Valley.
Hitchings says a successful beekeeper will work year round.
Hitchings also tells us about one of the biggest threats to the honey bee.
The beekeeping class on Saturday the 11th starts at 9 a.m. and will run until about mid-afternoon at the Arcadia Academy.
