Bill Sponsored By State Rep Rick Francis Passes The House

(Perryville) A bill sponsored by State Representative Rick Francis of Perryville has passed out of the Missouri House. Francis says House Bill 2127 is also called the ATM Smash and Grab bill. He says his legislation would increase the penalty for people who commit this type of crime.

The bill is now headed to the State Senate. In fact, Francis has a committee hearing scheduled for Monday to discuss his legislation.
