Bismarck Man Charged With Stealing Yet Again

For the third time since since August, a man from St. Francois County has been charged in connection with a theft.
The Daily Journal reports that 37-year old Paul Tullock Jr. of Bismarck has been charged with felony stealing and a Class A misdemeanor after twice taking a welder from Harbor Freight Tools in Farmington.
In addition to another stealing case stemming from a separate theft at Harbor Freight Tools, Tullock is also currently facing charges after stealing a chainsaw from Rural King in Farmington.
Tullock was booked into the St. Francois County Jail Friday on a $15,000 bond.
