(Park Hills) A Bismarck teenager was arrested Tuesday night for leaving the scene of an accident where a Park Hills man was struck by a vehicle and killed on Monday night in St. Francois County.

The highway patrol says 47-year-old Brent B. Tinsley was struck by a Kia Sportage driven by 18-year-old Nikolas W. Presley.

Tinsley died from his injuries and Presley apparently drove away from the scene Monday night on Highway 67 south of Parkway Drive.
