Bixby Man Injured in Iron County Motorcycle Crash

(Bixby) A man from Bixby was injured in a dirt bike accident Monday afternoon in Iron County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident took place on Neals Creek Road, about two miles south of Bixby when 38-year-old Edward L. Dixon of Bixby was riding a Kawasaki KX-450 motorcycle.
Dixon ran off the road, the motorcycle struck a ditch and then threw him from the bike.
Dixon received moderate injuries and had to be flown to Mercy Hospital in St. Louis.
