Board of Education Approves Purchase of New Identification System at Festus

(Festus) The Festus School Board of Education approved the purchase of a new visitor identification system to be installed district-wide.

Superintendent Dr. Link Luttrell says this will only tighten security measures at each school building.

The ID system will work more efficiently and quicker than the previous system.

The board approved the purchase during its September meeting.

Festus schools hopes to have the new identification system installed in all buildings by November at the latest.
