Bonne Terre Man Found Guilty

(Bonne Terre) A St. Francois County jury has found a Bonne Terre man guilty this week on two counts of statutory sodomy in the first degree.

The jury recommended a sentence of 12 years on each count in the Missouri Department of Corrections for 44 year old Joshua Paul Hankins.

The two day trial was presided over by Judge Wendy Wexler-Horn and was prosecuted by Special Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Kathi Alizadeh and Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Matt Brown.

Sentencing will be held on April 22nd.
