Bonne Terre Mayor Provides Updates on Events, Renovations in Area

In the recent State of the County Address in St. Francois County, Bonne Terre mayor Eric Schonhardt discussed a number of events and achievements around the Bonne Terre area. One of the main points of interest was paving some of the newer streets in the town along with the Bonne Terre Pond being renovated as well. Mayor Schonhardt says both events were completed thanks in large part to a few grants that were given.

Mayor Schonhardt also discussed changing the lighting at the pool as well. He also took the time to address a few events that took place last year, namely the Christmas event that took place on what the mayor referred to as small business Saturday.

The State of the County address was held on Friday morning.
