Bonne Terre woman injured on US 67 on Sunday

A Bonne Terre woman was injured in a single-vehicle accident on northbound Highway 67 south of Route V Sunday morning. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 43-year old Valarie Moore was driving a 2007 Ford Focus, traveled off the right side of the roadway, overcorrected, and traveled off the left side of the road, struck a post in the median, and overturned multiple times. Moore was taken by ambulance to Mercy Hospital South with serious injuries. The accident took place a little before 9 o’clock Sunday morning.
