(Jefferson County) October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Dr. Ormsby is a Radiologist with Mercy Hospital Jefferson.
She says it’s always important for women to not only get a mammogram, but to get them on a regular basis.
Dr. Ormsby goes over what they recommend for when women should start undergoing mammograms.
