Business as Usual for Jefferson County 9-1-1 Dispatch

(Jefferson County) Daily operations at Jefferson County 9-1-1 Dispatch remain unchanged during the coronavirus.

Brad Williams is the Chief of Jefferson County 9-1-1 Dispatch. He says overall call volume remains the same; however, since the statewide Stay at Home Order, they are seeing a few more calls of domestic disturbances.

In regards to staffing at the 9-1-1 center, Williams mentions they have split the 8 crew members per shift to be housed in two different locations.

The 9-1-1 center in House Springs along with the back up center in Cedar Hill are both getting thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.
