Cecil Homer James of Bakersfield California, formerly of Festus, passed away recently, he was 86 years old.

Visitation for Cecil James will be Friday (4/30) morning from 10 until the time of funeral services at 11 at the Vinyard Funeral Home in Festus. Burial with full military honors in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
