(PARK HILLS) – The semi-finals have been set in the MAAA Conference girls basketball tournament. The top-seeded Central Rebels will take on the fourth-seeded Arcadia Valley Tigers. Head coach of the 13-8 Tigers Stan Whited says his team is facing a tall task in the Rebels.

Meanwhile the Rebels are 20-1 on the season and head coach Josh Mapes says that Arcadia Valley can’t be overlooked.

On the flip side of the bracket, the two-seed Farmington Knights will battle with the six-seed Valle Catholic Warriors. Farmington comes in at 11-7 on the season and received a bye in the first round. Valle Catholic is 10-11 this year after upsetting the 3-seed Ste. Genevieve in the quarter-finals Wednesday.
