(Park Hills) Student safety will be a major priority with the six million dollar bond issue that the Central R-3 School District in Park Hills is putting on the April election ballot. Superintendent Doctor Ashley McMillian says they hope to construct an 11 thousand square foot safe room in case of emergency. He says they also plan to install Knox Boxes throughout the district.

This will be a no tax increase bond issue. It’ll be on the April 7th election ballot. Hear more with the superintendent below.
